What is the best treatment for panic attacks?

There are many free tips on coping and curing panic attacks, but they are only meant for short-term help and is NEVER the cure to panic attacks.

For instance, the Distraction technique is widely recommended and advised by most people.

The technique is applied by distracting yourself with other matters before a panic attack occurs or during a panic attack. Unfortunately, there's a huge flaw in this technique. The uncomfortable symptoms of a panic attack is difficult to have yourself distracted by other things. It is NEARLY impossible.


Medications are NOT recommended for the treatment of panic attacks.

I can tell you honestly from my experience.

When I was still having my panic attacks and was on 20mg of prozac, I still experienced severe Panic Attacks.

When my condition improved after buying Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) programs I decided to quit taking medication and that is when I truly felt the horrible withdrawal effects. I was highly aggressive, lethargic everyday, highly emotional, .etc. The withdrawal effects were horrible beyond words.

But fortunately, that was the past. I'm do not have panic attacks anymore after getting 2 CBT programs as stated in my previous statement.

Originally, Cognitive Behavior Therapy was only done by psychologist and you will have to pay high fees for it. Luckily now you can get it at a cheap rate and effectively eliminate your panic attacks forever!

The 2 programs I bought were: Panic Away Program and The Linden Method.
Both of these programs are the best treatment to panic attacks and uses natural holistic ways without medications.
